Carlin was mostly right, however, 20 miles below the posted limit and 20 over the posted limit IS too slow and too fast.

From my research, everything you see on eBay in 2021-2022 claiming to be a genuine Samsung OEM S5 battery is a lie. Apparently they shamelessly and illegally copy the OEM Samsung label and put it on some substandard battery made in mainland China. YMMV.
