Looking at the options on Ebay I noticed the batteries listed as OEM have the Samsung logo on them while others do not. Same for LG.

Is the relation of road conditions to speed limits the same though? Much of our country doesn’t even have 120kmh speed limits so I would imagine not? It seems as though their speed limits have adjusted with the capability of cars.

I did this job on my ‘93 XJ in a foolish attempt to reach the squeaky OEM rubber with polyurethane. My XJ was truly rust free having existed in SoCal it’s entire life. Even so I broke free one of the hidden nuts thanks to the laughably inadequate tack weld. Seeing your pictures I have no doubt you WILL likely break…
