Seriously?
Seriously?
I'd say let it go. Gifts aren't supposed to be a tit-for-tat exchange, they're supposed to be given in the spirit of generosity with nothing expected in return.
I do have to say, whoever does the styling for Girls does a great job. Marnie's uptight sheath dresses, Hannah's ill-fitting sweaters, Jessa's kimonos, and Shoshanna's designer minis are all perfection.
It's fine with me if you believe that life begins at conception. It's not fine with me if you think I should be forced to house that life inside my body against my will.
Oh sure, I think they should have the book thrown at them for sure.
Please don't wish rape on anyone.
Yeah, I knew a guy who secretly videotaped himself having sex and showed it to all his buddies. It's awful.
Does anyone know why some of the rapists' names are redacted?

This is horrible.
I think their wedding sounds really fun.
Totally! I think maybe these critics were expecting something cute and fluffy and got confused when confronted with a black comedy about sad, screwed-up women.
I liked Bachelorette quite a bit, and thought that the characters' bad behavior was supposed to be sad and empty, not empowering. It was sharp and dark and pretty damn funny.
5.775 inches!? That is worrisome :)
Hasn't it been shown that fathers who ask for primary custody get it roughly half the time? I'm not saying there isn't some bullshit sexism going on where women are assumed to be naturally better caretakers (which harms both men and women, yay!), but I don't think there's quite as much systematic discrimination as…
Also, if anyone enjoys mocking the MRA "movement" I suggest checking out manboobz.com.
