Grigson not getting fired is the best thing that could happen for anyone who isn’t a fan of the colts. He’s the archetect of a team that is built to win the AFC South as long as A. Luck doesn’t get hurt and B. The rest of the AFC South remains a tire and diaper fire.

Also worth noting that it may be on you to get things removed from your report. Many companies will sell of their bad debt to third parties, which will then package and sell that to other collection agencies, and so on.

Pete: Non latex gloves man. I have a box of these come with my amazon pantry order every other month and they are amazing for handling chicken and other gross things. Is it wasteful? Sure, but I only put my SUV in sport mode when I’m passing someone so I think I established a carbon-offset that I can live with.

I love some of the ‘hacks’ from the magazine. Some end up being more trouble than their worth, but some are amazingly simple and I use them at least once a week.

Related to the picture above - the 30 Rock writers went to the ‘Lemon Party’ joke well exactly the right amount of times (I think 3-4 mentions in 7 seasons). Just an impressive amount of restraint by that writer’s room.

Fireball Island

Two thoughts that I haven’t seen discussed elsewhere yet -

It wouldn’t significantly change the length of games - most coaches use their challenges, and Belicek’s proposal was to just expand the scope of what could be challenged (not increasing the number challenges per team).

Bushmills 10 year single-malt - generally more affordable than it’s scottish counterparts, this has become my go-to whiskey. It also has a.... I’m not a connoisseur, but let’s say smoother? taste than most other single malts I’ve tried.

That last year in Denver was tough to watch. I was wondering if this was a stats thing, he will likely break 10K career receiving yards this year, and if he plays next year could get to 1K career receptions and maybe move into top 10 all time but there a few guys ahead of him still playing. I don’t think either

This. My wife and I are not white wine drinkers but we make ‘No Red Wine’ a house rule for the parties we throw so we don’t have to worry about spills. We stock the bucket we use for beers with a handful of those tetra pack white wines which has two great benefits -

I actually use beer to deglaze if the recipe eventually calls for beer anyway (Chilli, Guiness Beef Stew, etc). Not sure if there is a culinary reason that makes this worthwhile but it looks cool and hey, now I have this half empty can of beer.... be a shame to waste it.

Ok great to know - that is exactly how I cook steaks indoors, only with a slightly different pan-sauce, but I have never tried it with a bigger cut. Looking forward to giving this a try.

This was my go-to for group dinners all summer and I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of it before because it makes life SO much easier. Most butchers, even chain grocery stores, will cut pretty much anything to order if you give them enough heads up.

I’ll have maybe one Shipyard Pumpkin head with the cinnamon / sugar rim as a fall tradition, but for the most part I nearly all pumpkin beers far too sweet. The only one I genuinely enjoy is Pumpkin Dumkin from Cisco Brewery - I think they have a light touch with the seasoning and the beer almost has a crisp finish to

That spot could have gone to Plymouth. For shame.

Any post about Gin is an excuse to recommend the Gin Southside - which has led to several of my friends who were certain they don’t enjoy Gin because they had only had it in a martini or G&T, to actually add a bottle to their liquor cabinet.

No Plymouth? I’m shocked. Is Plymouth not good gin? I’m not a connoisseur by any stretch but it has been my go-to for ages.

I think you might be exaggerating just a little. There are way more than 8,676 unfunny PFT Commenter imitators out there.

Yes - I wear a suit to work, but I also walk - and the backpack is far and away the most efficient / ergonomic way to carry my laptop etc... BUT it looks absurd with a suit, and even worse with the type of coat one generally wears over a suit in the winter.
