I think most of the GoT content has been pretty lackluster over the last few years (last couple of GoT seasons and House of Dragons). Great acting and production, but they are just really challenging adaptations. The novels are incredibly complex, so much so that Martin has written himself into a pretzel and will

This is a bizarre comment, did you actually watch the first seasons of RoP and WoT? WoT looks like an episode of Xena with costumes supplied by a Party City.

This is my biggest concern about the movie, the 4th wall breaking works in just the right doses. I’ve always enjoyed deadpool’s comics the most when the 4th wall stuff is 1. Not over the top and 2. can be interpreted as him being crazy.

Fantastic episode, and best one of the series so far. I wish they spent a little less time in Westchester w/ the Scott & Jean drama because it was so cool to see the Genosha / Krakoa hybrid - especially with Pixie and Madrox (two of my favorites) with brief cameos.

100%.  I did not expect them to lean so far into that particular event.  Also, that might be some of the best work with Gambit that I can remember in any context.  Felt like he’s 90's character, especially from the original show, had become something of a punchline in later years but the creative decisions in this

I just recently started gaming again after a long hiatus. I picked up Starfield, and enjoyed it to an extent but BG3 was / is truly something else. I had this crazy battle against a bunch of spiders where my warlock accidentally burned the webbing my ranger was standing on, causing him to drop and entire story to the

It is Joyless.  There is almost no one to root for - which in the source material isn’t a problem because it is presented as a historical text.  For a TV show it just seems annoying.  The other two spinoffs they were considering, Nymeria & the 10K ships, or the adventures of the sea snake, would have been way more

Zahn and Stackpole had a really good track record and used eachother’s characters well. Booster Terik and Soontir Fel showing up in this one was particularly fun to read.  That said, the whole conman angle on Thrawn wasn’t great and not having him come back was kind of a let down.

Pretty incredible how Zahn turned what was otherwise a throw-away line ‘Many Bothans Died...’ into a pretty compelling political back-story to his EU novels.  Basically they wield a ton of influence in the government and military based on that sacrifice, and a lot of them are kinda pricks about it.  Especially given

  • Adjusted stealth to be a bit more forgiving.

Why would Xavier have an athletic department?  Seems like they’d just be inviting disaster with that.  Also missed opportunity by not creating some ‘vintage’ Dazzler World Tour ‘95 t-shirts.

Yeah, I’m a little surprised they fixed it. I feel like these games have always had a way to bypass the loot / money grind. I never played any of the FO games but beyond Skyrim I definitely remember Oblivion had a quest giver who you could repeatedly get a gold reward from, Morrowind had some kind of merchant crab

Curious how they did the cockpit, it looks like two stacked on top of eachother which I didn’t think the game lets you do.  Either way I think that one is the best of the bunch above.

I’ve spent far more time making spaceships then almost anything else in the game.  My best work so far is a fair recreation of the Pulsar Skate, a smuggler’s ship from the Star Wars expanded universe.

I hope this does well so someone finally realizes Rogue Squadron would be incredible on the Switch

I don’t like the idea of the New Republic failing so horribly because it means that Luke, Han, and Leia lived long enough to see their victory over the Empire crumble to ash and then died

Agree completely on the New Republic being such goofballs. We saw it in Season 3 of Mando too. Their depiction in the original EU books was so much better, they deal with far more interesting challenges of going from rebellion to governance.

Yup, I was glad to see it done this way in the show.  More consistent with the original trilogy and the EU books.  It was jarring to see that thrown out completely in the sequel trilogy and just another example of how those movies should have been put into the hands of someone other than Abrams / Johnson.

Really surprised by the shots and most recent trailer of Sabine with a lightsaber. I thought she was a terrific character on Rebels, and I’m not sure her becoming Ahsoka’s apprentice, or whatever, is that interesting of a choice. I’m assuming she’s not force sensitive, or presumably one of the many force users she

I’ve read nearly every deadpool comic beginning w/ the circle chase when it first came out, and then back to his original X-force appearances all the way through Cable & Deadpool. My point is that, as a reader (and this is my choice) I choose to interpret the 4th wall breaking as pyschosis, and that he’s actually NOT
