Destiny is killing that studio from the inside out. We were so excited when Bungie went rogue. I wish they kept making Halo games instead. Reach was amazing.

We own one of these. They work amazingly if you: 1. Use original controllers 2. Use original games (something the mini-NES doesn’t even allow) 3. Don’t plan to 32X or Sega CD it up. I concede it’s shoddy when you use it’s crappy wireless controllers and the roms that come reinstalled. We nabbed one for $16 bucks to

I’m sad that they are ditching 3D but as long as DS, 3DS titles work on the thing then I’ll eventually get over it. Maybe... Dear god I’m gonna be Salty about this for years...

So he might actually be good against 76 now? I laugh at the menu tool tip every time I play.

Nvidia should call you up to pick the music to all their gpu trailers. This clip is so much better now. Paradise don’t come cheap!

I must have. The Gawker sites’ comment sections go haywire over my ad-blocker. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh. I just see it as a weird platypus, pineapple thing, with a sombrero. So Costa Rican or Ecuadorian? I get it now. I don’t natively infer racism from border politics and conflicts.

See I don’t get the trump pokemon one. I get it’s making fun of him but I don’t know what specifically they are making fun of.

Any game that has iffy network security or has bad network code.

As a networking guy, that Penny Arcade one is funny as hell. It’s more about not computer people not knowing what or why networking is configured how it is. I honestly don’t get the trump one. I know it’s making fun of him, I just don’t know how it was making fun of him.

I have searched again and again, Valve has not said anything of the sort. They whole “flip the offline switch” is a rumor that will not die and is recyled again and again.

I meant not valve as a company dying. I meant in a 2012, or day after tomorrow situation. Like “oh man the network is kaput but hot damn I have a beater dell laptop and an alternator connected to a small windmill.” You know, a very unlikely Mad Max thing...

I own like a gajillion games on steam. Exclusives being exclusives. I’ve tested offline mode. Eventually the licence file on games expire and you have to log in. Some games it’s like two weeks. That’s what irks me.

If they put it on GoG and it’s reasonably priced I’ll give it a whirl. I think I’m over steam. Something about not being able to play my games if steam goes down upsets the historian/art conservationist in me. What happens if Valve befalls some unpredictable misfortune? Will I be able to play Sonic Lost World if I

I was sooooo tempted to buy this game for like 8 bucks on g2a yesterday after the announcement. Then I remembered I didn’t really care for the beta and that I don’t like multiplayer shooters. Like I bought CS:GO on the off chance I got to a LAN and it was the thing they were playing. I have yet to play it.

As long as these types of speed runs are labled “LAME-ASS CHEATER HACKER GLITCH RUN” I’m okay with them existing...

I don’t get why we aren’t able to use our Nintendo accounts on this app. Wasn’t that the whole point of them killing club nintendo was so I could just log in to all their stuff with a single sign-on?

Paper Mario (1&2) were turn based rpgs that were waaaaaaaaay different then Mario&Luigi. Like I thought Super Mario RPG was pretty good but not my thing. M&L remind me more of SMRPG then the Paper Mario titles. There has to be room in the the release schedules for both series to be full blown RPGs. Hell bring in a
