Like they needed something for the characters to do, decided the old rivalry dynamic was best, and then forced it in the most ham handed, illogical way possible. I always understood Durant to be a generally well-liked guy; this seems like a dick way to greet the new guy and kind of a bitchy way to show his employer the back of his hand.
