Sure, in a generalized sense. However in this case, there is nothing in the Microsoft / 343 Industries Terms of Use and Copyrights that prevents people from creating their own models, regardless of likeness. This will likely only be cancelled if they make any attempt to profit from the likenesses. That’s what differs…

Not ENTIRELY true. The S2k was bought from Carmax. I did trade in a ‘15 Civic SI for the Ridgeline though. And I bought the Civic after ordering a Mustang GT that the dealership then sold out from under me.

Not really. On nearly every show and interview, a statement was made in regards to the odds being spectacularly low of ever running into another player because of the size of the gameworld.
