It’s the second best season of The Wire, about the 4th best season of The Simpsons, and probably the worst season of Breaking Bad. Just everyone underestimating Walt because he’s acting like a sniveling wuss until he can get some plans together.

They were never not pretentious

It actually just wasn’t a great movie.  The starkly black and white morality of it doesn’t stay interesting for even half its runtime.
