As a mega Sonic nerd, I wasn’t sure what to make of this game when it was first announced released, but damn if I didn’t end up really enjoying it. It doesn’t make any sense on paper but running around in big fields, collecting this or that, choosing what to fight or not fight was a cool little break from the shit I

Are... are you comparing the description of noting that a man is very tall (a generally positive attribute), to fat shaming someone? This is a deranged comment.

I think his take on Dumbledore is always going to be divisive, though he did better in the later films than the earlier ones.

first name for recasting that popped into my head was Rory McCann

Thrawn ended up on a planet from the Nightsisters of Dathomir originated from and made contact with the Great Mothers who resided there. The Mothers contacted their descendant, Morgan Elsbeth through the Force, guiding her to the ancient Nightsister map pointing to their origin, allowing her to navigate to the same

I actually thought this would have been an excellent way to introduce the Ysalamiri. Thrawn finding them in this strange new galaxy and took a bunch of them with him. It would also serve a nice way as an obstacle for Ahsoka and the rest of the Force users.

All I’m saying is I need a scene of Senator Xiono standing next to an open ledge with Chopper near by

the creators have the good sense and good taste not to show her.”

I think traveling to an entirely new galaxy is pretty groundbreaking. Also the Baylan character is good, sort of a grey Jedi who seems to have a plan to end The Force. And seeing animated characters in live action is a lot of fun, but there is a criminal lack of murderous Chopper adventures.

It was a bummer when Ray Stevenson died. I’m even more bummed now watching this series play out. I want more Baylan. Him in this role is a glove in hand fit

Picturing a shiv in a Jello mold already, Gobby.

Jewel’s not untalented, but I wouldn’t call her brilliant. I think I can only name three of her songs, but I really like what Molly Tuttle did with “Million Miles”, a song she apparently wrote.

i mean, everybody loved the characters from the british one, too.

It already exists, it’s called Superstore. In this one, there’s more balance in the Jim-Pam relationship, as Jim (who looks like Ryan Howard) is a screwup who’s forced to take a menial job at a store and Pam is his superior at work. Dwight is a woman, Stanley is in a wheelchair, Kevin is an Hawaiian woman, etc.

More of a spin-off set in the same world than a reboot.

There are a lot of good jokes in these comments, but that one fucking killed me.

Again, you’re not wrong exactly, but (a) I’m not sure we can reasonably hold Michael Caine to account for the status of women in western society thirteen years before he was born and (b) comparing his comments about intimacy coordinators to support of slavery still seems at least a little hyperbolic (FWIW the marital

This reminds me of when people were attacking Rita Moreno for not being more outspoken about Ansel Elgort’s accusations when promoting West Side Story. She’s 90! Let people 1/3 her age handle that! Not to mention she’s worked in Hollywood and theater for 70 years and probably had to put up with more harassment and

Stallone’s career is littered with flops, but he always bounces back. Which honestly is something I can respect.

Well, he is 90, so we might want to imagine that we’re 90, we mention that we support trans rights, and then all the young people judge us for using such an outdated phrase to express support for something that everyone with a brain supports in the year 2080.
