credit to modern engineers where its due, small cars are shockingly roomy on the inside.

i thought i was going to have issues fitting into a fiesta given my height and weight, but nope!

i find the name self serving at minimum, as it implies to buy anything else is “not Smart.” the Scion iq is guilty of the same.
bear in mind there are cheaper, more efficient, much more powerful, easier to maintain, and easier to live with options out there (all in one package), so unless you absolutely prioritize the

You might not like my answer but I did answer your question. You’re not entitled to have your question answered in the way you demand.

you really haven’t, you keep throwing up deflections and side arguments, refusing to actually address the premise. which i guess means no, you would be willing to overlook evidence in

Now playing

start around 16 seconds. his video is also on the main Kinja page for this mess

i hadnt heard about the smash and rob, but ive no doubt it happened.
the parking garage is confirmed

A weapon being recovered after a shooting doesn’t back the police version of events. NC is a concealed carry state, and simply possessing a gun doesn’t imply that he was doing anything illegal with it.
While this is true Charlotte is NOT, i repeat NOT an open carry city. evening wandering around with one in a holster

you mean just like the guy that the feds gunned down just after he got out of his truck? or are we forgetting about this to try and make a point.

your entire counterpoint, while avoiding the question yet again, is based on a lie. plenty of white people get killed waving a firearm around too, rare is the man who walks away doing something like that.

Actually, the militarization goes back to the “drug wars” of the 90's. There was a time, not that long ago when we all agreed that cops were outgunned by drug dealers and needed the tools to deal with violent criminals who had no qualms about shooting anyone, including cops.
oh yeah, i forget that cause i was a wee

ive not, and at this point i think it does need to be released one way or another.

however a weapon recovered DOES tend to back the police version of events, versus the family’s claim of a book. its not the only piece, but its a big one.

because you have danced around it without actually answering it. not surprised by this to be honest, but im willing to leave people wiggle room

really now, do you have anything to actually back that claim up? granted i wouldn’t be enormously surprised seeing as our troops have been saddled with some of the most insane, restrictive rules of engagement ever.

im curious as to the rest of it, because that does put the police on shaky ground. not outside the law,

not at all, i was just wondering if the status changed

and it came a bit too little too late.

had that been available at launch, and with time to get the tuning right it might have kept both cars alive a bit longer.

The camera footage does not take that long to come out. The police are quite capable of getting out video footage rather quickly; when it is in their interest to do so.
active investigation is prone to delaying things.

no, but it shows an ability to pick and choose ones battles.

as an example of a battle NOT to fight, BLM Cincinnati was calling for protests following the shooting of a man a few months ago. said damned fool attacked an officer in his cruiser with a knife, and the partner had to hop out and kill the guy. clear as day,

you’re forgetting the attempted murder of a journalist by tossing him into a fire pit.

has he died? or is it still critical condition?

Firstly, glad to see our Journalist here got out without harm. some ballsy stuff man, well done.

Secondly

Murder: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.

refusal to drop a openly wielded weapon is grounds for police to use lethal force. the question remains whether or not he had a gun (evidence indicates yes at the moment) and if commands were issued to drop it.
if the first part is no, then its
