why not build all new airframes based on the old design and incorperating all the tech advances that you mentioned?

from a design perspective, as i stated previously, im not sure there is really anything we could possibly improve on. the design itself is already as survivable as can be, incorperating advanced composite

see ive been pondering that one, and while there always room for improvement im not sure anything we build new would be such a radical departure from the basic design of the Hog that it would require a new designation.

some of us enjoy crawling, others enjoy tear assing through the sand at what most consider unsafe speeds. id have a Jeep for the crawl, but the Raptor is the best off road runner you can buy out of the box.
