Right? I hate those fuckers. At least avid Trump supporters have the balls to admit it. The “I’m not a Trump supporter, but...” assholes are even more annoying because they spew Trump’s talking points while pretending to neutral, disinterested pragmatics just weighing the facts... and somehow, always agreeing with all

I don’t think people would necessarily repudiate Trump over his policies (which are for the most part mainstream Republican). I think people will run away from him if/when he finally implodes or gets taken down legally. A lot of Republicans in Congress are doing that two step right now, condemning Trump as a person

I think a lot of people, in about 10 years or so, are going to be denying that they ever worked for or voted for or even liked Trump.

Surprised that it wasn’t “emoluments”. People worked really hard to make that a thing.

The whole article is written pretty inappropriately to be honest. It’s appalling that, especially right now, an ostensibly feminist site still doesn’t take domestic violence seriously because it involves celebrities or because a man happens to be the victim.

I’ve always felt that stars who have a reputation for being standoffish and removed probably have a good reason for being that way. stories like this kind of validate that for me. There are so many toxic people and situations in Hollywood (and everywhere, to be fair) that I can’t blame anyone who keeps a closed social

Ugh, is that for real? Disgusting.

For a second I thought you said she was cheating on him with Tiffany as in Tiffany Trump, his second daughter. Which wouldn’t even be the weirdest story I’ve ever heard about these people.

It’s possinle that Trump no longer acknowledges that Billy Bush exists.

I don’t think he believes this. He sort of apologized/tried to explain the tape away while conceding that he did say those things during the campaign last year. If it was fake, he would have said so then.

In addition to this, I hope everyone remembers to write to their Representative and Senators (if they have them — sorry DC!) and share a similar message. This stuff really does help and Congress is the only body that has the authority to pass a clean Dream Act before time runs out.

Oh, I know it wasn’t the former. I was just surprised that he waited eight years, period; I kind of got the impression that his style was more “wait for her outside of the dance recital hall and drag her into a coatroom”.

Wait, he waited EIGHT YEARS?!

It actually bothers me whenever someone calls him “Judge Moore”, which everyone (even his critics) seems to do. He’s NOT a judge. He’s not even a retired judge; he was FIRED from that job TWICE for violating his oath. He shouldn’t get to keep the honorific for a job that he repeatedly and gleefully dishonored.

Think of it as free campaign advertising for them. They pass a law, it gets frozen in courts, and they can run an ad saying, “I tried to save babies but the evil activist judges stopped me!”

It can only be the result of evil sorcery of the darkest kind.

Yeah I’ve always felt comments like that are pretty undermining, almost like they’re saying sexual assault is worse if the man is not conventionally attractive.

Red dragon thing?

You sometimes see it the other way too, when some conservatives conflate rape, child molestation, premarital sex, and adultery as being all in the same category as “sex crimes”. While most people would see the former two as being clearly worse, and many would agree that premarital sex doesn’t even belong in the

Yeah I definitely feel like the bar has been lowered by a lot. Mel Gibson and Alec Baldwin can walk into most Hollywood gatherings now and know beyond a shadow of doubt that they are in the top 10% of decency and class. Which is horrific.
