PSA said that everything was legit except for the manager, which they said was common because he never signed anything and always had the batboy sign the clubhouse items but that doesn’t take away from the value because they are all signed like that.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think Greinke just sounds like an asshole in this story. I would totally understand if Neshek asked Greinke to talk to his family or something that involved interacting with other people, but he was just asking him to sign some cards for him.
I’m a big sports collector and a few years ago my mom’s then-boyfriend gave me an autographed baseball. He said he had a distant cousin who used to play for the Pittsburgh Pirates who gave him this ball, but he could care less about this kind of thing and thought that I would like it. I thanked him for being polite…
I would agree with you if it wasn’t for the fact that Neshek says that Grienke’s the only player who ever treated him like this. If it happened with several players, I could see the argument that maybe Neshek is a nuisance or violated some sort of unwritten code. But the fact the Greinke is the only one leads me to…
Problem with some of these surveys is how they choose the people they survey. If they survey includes people who considers themselves as part Native American, then you get the people who are like “Yeah, I’m Indian. My great-great-grandpa was 1/2 Mohawk..” I don’t think this guy really is representative of the…
I’m shocked you ride a bike. I assumed you always rode your high horse
I would never wish ill will upon anyone, but I will say that I hope that if anything ever does fall upon you, you get no hope from anyone whatsoever. You should have been prepared for it.
Good point. The groceries were also mobile. The grocery store could have used semi’s to empty out the store and move everything to higher ground. So I guess using your logic we can now just blame the store.
Do I know where the line is? No. But the worst natural disaster your city has ever seen and the entire city being underwater is certainly on the other side of it.
It’s unbelievable. As I keep scrolling down your responses get worse and worse. “You can go over three weeks without eating, no one is starving to death” is by far the worst.
And if they did have supplies in their house but their house was flooded and destroyed. Than what? Should their worst case scenario planning have consisted of storing all of their supplies in another state?
Jesus, do you really not see the difference? Let me see if I can simplify it for you.
Innocent until proven guilty in court. But this isn’t court, it’s a NFL suspension.
Granted, this looks really bad considering everything that happened this week but you do realize that auctions are a way to do fantasy drafts, right? It’s not the most popular way right now, but I’m sure that ESPN is trying to advertise that they offer this option on their website. Considering that the whole point…
To me, the biggest issue is that everyone is doing the moves that used to make the cruiserweights special.
I agree that it’s hard to take the per game numbers too seriously, I just brought it up as a counterpoint to the Brandon Marshall comparison. Per-game numbers can help separate compilers who have impressive career stats just based on length of career from the guys who put up lesser numbers strictly because their…
If you go simply by per game numbers, Megatron (5.4 rec/game, 86.1 yards/game, .61 tds/game) blows away Marshall (5.6, 72.2, .49) and is arguably better than Moss (4.5, 70.1, .71) and TO (4.9, 72.8, .69). Hell, I know it’s a different era but he comes pretty damn close to matching Jerry Rice (5.1, 75.6, .65).
There are dumber ways to hurt yourself, take it from a guy who broke his elbow getting out of a lawn chair while on vacation.
Just saw a new car with Calvin pissing on the words “Gun Laws”. First, couldn’t believe that I saw that sticker on a new car. It’s one thing if you see it on an older model because you can kind of excuse them as possibly they put it on there years ago and were just too lazy to take it off. But who buys a new car…
