Just putting this out there, but James’ video was a lot better quality.

You can find all coverage from the event on their media site, this image in particular is available in a 17MP size but some of the DTM photos are impressive as well.

I mean yeah when you don’t have any regulations to build to, you can just push out prototype designs as you see fit. They already had an EV drivetrain testing in a Golf TCR and Norma already had a chassis available.

Need to give teams time to adjust their programs to budget shock; there was probably a very good reason why the TCR season was so short. It’s no different than when PWC opened up their TC class, where the majority of the field was the M235i and the handful of RS3 LMSs had to be BOPd back.

FWIW, Hyundai Racing Canada did campaign a pair of Genesii in our eastern touring car class for a few years (although as of late they’ve downsized to just one car, from the prior pair of poopy-liveried cars).

The owner, Tim, has a vast fleet of cars and used to run a charity event with proceeds going towards cancer research. He and his wife frequently ship all their cars down to Florida for the winter,
