I am not an automotive journalist, and thus am not being paid to devote the time and effort into creating an article for car people to read. All I am saying is the team here usually has good articles, creating interesting discussion. Lately, there are some that are, IMO of course, a little trite or deliberately obtuse

These articles are getting stale. Wood paneling is bad except on a horrible van? More self titled cars? Come on Jalops, try better please.

Oil consumption, head gaskets, and other top end issues.

No, they are not. And hand in your Jalop card for saying so you blasphemer.

I totally agree. Such an underappreciated luxury barge. Get a 2012 with the 4.7 and bathe in luxury and that amazing engine note. Plus they are reliable (yes, yes they are).

so is a Miata...but it too is not what they want

said doesnt want Audi. I would say Volvo sure.

back seat is a pinch in the G70. G80 would be a better fit.

sedan

not a car

Why a Buick? Yuck, no. 1000x no.

Stinger is not a luxury car, nor is it “left field” really, see many around my area.

The 3.6 is not reliable like the old 3800 was. Our GM shop sees lots of problems with them.

Lexus is the right answer of those mentioned. I would also wager a Quattroporte, they are very luxurious and  very cheap. And no guys, they are not horribly unreliable, dont even try to go there.

Not cool, sorry.

This is perhaps the best driving Audi sedan of all time, and perhaps their best sub-supercar since the original Quattro. If in the right colour, NP all day.

Enormous idiots. That is all.

oh I agree the 190 is a gorgeous machine, dream garage car if I drove German.

That Merc is far from remarkable. The Alfa Romeo 155 achieved 0.29cd with equally, if not more, boxy lines.

Chevy Camaro. The current gen is just hideous. No contest.
