I would say, yeah, if you go up 7-plus in the opening group game against a team your were unanimously favored to beat, maybe take down a notch. Again, I think you are really discounting the threat of ejection that exists in today’s game. And I already said that there’s no doubt there is an issue of umpires making ejections personal.

Because umpires have the ability to toss players for arguing/bitching, players don’t do it NEARLY as much as they would if umps were powerless.
