Disabling IE is among the first things I do on my Win 7 rigs. I run three of them all with IE disabled. I also tell my firewall to block Windows Media Player from connecting to the internet. Does it make a difference if you turn off the "Allow Chrome to Run in Background" option.

This is one of those things that I just don't understand. What is the benefit of shortening urls? Copy and Paste work well for copying urls. I don't recall the last time someone (or me) had to type a url you send (or was sent to).

Don't know if you know this, but you get MMS through GVoice. You get a regular alert through GVoice telling you that you have an MMS message, and the actual pic shows up as an attachment to the corresponding email.
