Disabling IE is among the first things I do on my Win 7 rigs. I run three of them all with IE disabled. I also tell my firewall to block Windows Media Player from connecting to the internet. I've told it to stop trying to analyze my mp3 collection but it won't listen. It literally tries once an hour or so.

This is one of those things that I just don't understand. What is the benefit of shortening urls? Copy and Paste work well for copying urls. I don't recall the last time someone (or me) had to type a url you send (or was sent to).

Don't know if you know this, but you get MMS through GVoice. You get a regular alert through GVoice telling you that you have an MMS message, and the actual pic shows up as an attachment to the corresponding email.
