Luxury entitlement is caused by loose lending regulations, IMO.

My problem was that i read magazines through high school because i was bored. But i also know better, and all my cars are paid off. But we’re not going to talk about home renovation loans or credit cards right now ;)

Most of all, people just need financial education. Just one quarter in high school is all it takes.

Ive seen subarus do the same thing. Not useless (offroad knobby) tires help too.

The general public thinks the new NSX sucks? Oh you mean the randos in comment sections and forums who wouldn’t have bought it even at 50k because if somehow it ‘lived up to the hype’ they would have still waited 10 years for depreciation before they would even attempt to drive one let alone buy one? Actually given the fact that this has been in development for like a decade, I'm surprised there haven’t been more leaks.

Why is that? A Carrera S is $105K starting these days - Almost twice the proposed Supra price.

Honestly, I couldn’t stand the cosmetics of FT-1 concept.  I get that it was supposed to be inspired by actual race cars, but it never appealed to me.  In a rare turn of events, however, I love the way the production model turned out.  It’s kind of refreshing to see it work out in reverse for once. 

I love how there is some kind of Meme worthy hate for Jalopnik. I saw someone ranting the other day because HOW DARE “Jerklopnik” (lol) post the info about the Z4s price and then not change their title instantaneously when new information came out.

My brother’s favourite car when he was a kid was the Mk IV Supra, and he had no idea that this exists, so I think you're onto something.

It looks fantastic! Most of us think this car took forever to hit the market but must non car people have no idea this is even coming out. 

The problem with Toyota being so cagey about the Supra is that it just encourages leaks. By the time Toyota officially reveals the car, we’ll have seen it from every angle and already made our judgements. Toyota has lost control of the reveal.
