If I wasn’t told there was a car there, I would have never seen it.

The late 90s wants their complaints back.
Um, not really. Maybe 15 years ago, but not any more.
I don’t think this person would appreciate the corrado’s unique ability to make every journey a one-way trip.
>>>Suggests getting a reliable car
I love Miata’s (owned a NA and a NB) but with kids now, GTI is the answer. I just bought a 2017 for 22k, so I am sure you can find one for under 20k.
Or get a Mazda5 with a manual.
Pretty obvious choice here. I made the switch from Miata to GTI myself(albeit an NA Miata) and it was a fantastic choice. I loved it so much I just traded it in a year later on a Golf R. The R is amazing, but if I couldn’t have made the trade I would be perfectly happy to keep running the GTI for years.
Incorrect. Awd 07 sienna with tow package and a 95 miata are all the answers.
Raise your hand for the Mazdaspeed3.
I’ve been in the car business for roughly 10 years, and have driven everything from Aveos to Bentleys with everything in between, and all things considered, it’s a contender for worst car on sale, IMHO. Terrible ride, awful trans tuning, underpowered (even in Turbo guise), lifeless steering, compromised layout, cheap…
Yeah true I read over that part. And if the Miata was wearing him down, the S2k is going to be worse.
When the answer is no longer Miata, the answer is still Miata.
Look, after the Steelers win on Sunday, New England salt will consume us all.
Yes. I bought a 2017 GTI Autobahn a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I was able to get a 55" TV in the box home yesterday. Also, my first manual transmission car. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go back now
Beat me to it. As the owner of a 16 SE w/ DSG and Perf Pkg, I highly, highly recommend this car.
Not for NYC DDing.
The ONLY possible reason a Miata might no longer be the answer is because you’re starting a family and need a car to haul the wife and three kids (with one more on the way). And that means that you need to buy a Honda Odyssey with built-in overhead entertainment system to keep the little rug rats in the back seat from…
It seems that GTI is always the 2nd answer on here... not complaining, just observing
Yes, my answer is this. GTI all day long.
