Super delayed response, but yeah. Arcanine has (had? I haven't kept up with recent gens) some of the highest base stats overall.

If LOTR came out now we’d have gotten “Scouring of the Shire: A Tolkien Story” immediately! Haven’t kept up with the news about it so who knows what Amazon will do.
Successfully transitioning imagery from comic panels to film requires creativity. Adaptation is still the creation of something new, even if it already exists in another (or even the same) medium.
The one true Legendary Pokemon: Arcanine!
Yeahhhhh I’m gonna have to give it to ArenaNet here.
I continue to have the same question: WHY ON EARTH DIDN’T THEY MAKE THIS A SINGLE PLAYER GAME?? (Besides money, obv.) It’s Bioware for crying out loud! Regardless of how generic the setting and narrative feels, I have (had? perhaps undeserved, at this point) faith in Bioware’s ability to tell an engaging story, with an…
Honestly all I can think of is that sometimes people experience the memories of their ancestors getting it on in the past. That’s gotta be awkward with the movie animus. Comedy gold for a movie with a different tone, though!
If you know nothing about the series, I can easily believe the movie would convince you to give the game a try. I can’t say the same for longtime fans of the series with any confidence. It’s all a matter of what parts of the franchise you enjoy.
In my unsolicited opinion, nope. Discovery has more in common with Enterprise than any other Trek series. If you couldn’t get into it then, I doubt you’ll get into it another attempt at a prequel series, but with even worse execution.
It’s in very small text in the tweet.
I find this unacceptable. I remember eating out in high school (and college) and knowing I had just enough money to treat myself. Sometimes I really couldn’t afford to tip. If every restaurant had suddenly instituted a policy of charging an automatic gratuity on students (of any age) because they’re a high risk…
I wanted (and expected) to love BnH given all the “if you love OPM” (which I do) and other general hype...but I just don’t. I hated Deku and the whole opening plot from episode 1, and it’s unfortunately soured my opinion of the show in general. The animation is spectacular, and I find many of the other characters…
First off, I’m almost 30, not a child, lol.
Of course, because porn, gambling, and video games are EXCLUSIVELY and accessible through smartphones.
Except smartphones are incredibly useful. I would MUCH rather my (hypothetical) kid have full access to the resource of the internet in an emergency over a monopurpose phone call device I forced them to carry instead.
As far as I’m aware the ESRB is not in the business of telling developers and publishers what they can or cannot put into game, just how it must be labeled for consumers. It would be like the MPAA telling Hollywood it can’t make violent movies anymore. The ESRB may be in the pocket of the industry moneymakers, but…
Agreed. I stopped watching after Aizen was defeated. Last year I read some summaries on what I missed and decided it was probably for the best. In my heart, that was the true ending.
Okay, I see your point. In all honesty, I have little to no faith in Netflix actually pulling this off in a satisfying way, though. When the pedigree so far is the like action ATLA and Deathnote...the can say they’re not interested in whitewashing, but actions speak louder.
Man, I need to read some Terry Pratchett. Somehow I’ve read absolutely none of his books.
