I’ve watched some Devin Nash videos (he has a different streaming service, or something? Can’t remember what his deal is) and he’s mentioned that Twitch doesn’t have the same targeted ad categories platform like Youtube does. They simply don’t have the system to differentiate creators by risk, so they just hammer down…

How is Twitch this fucking bad at dealing with, not the infinite number of consumers, but withtheir much smaller number of content creators, who are pretty important to their bottom line.

The thing that kills me about big companies is that they have to most resources to do a thing, but the least amount of follow-through. I was skeptical of Stadia from the outset, but thought, “Just maybe...” Unfortunately, they proved me right.

I just hope it’s compatible with PC as well. At some point I’ll get a PS5, because those controllers sound dope, but it would be a bummer to have to get 2 different headsets.

I’m sure it’ll be competent, but goddamn this is weird.

I’m curious as to why now, and why at all. Are they getting pressure from publishers? Has there been an increase in 100% charity sliders? I can’t imagine more than 1% of the HB consumers ever touch those sliders. I think I did once in all my time (and I’ve bought almost every single one over the years [help pls])
