I had the opportunity to play H2 before release. My thoughts were, “Huh, they must be still working on the cutscenes, they’re not gonna keep these motion-comicy slideshows.”

He said he was proud I had a job I loved doing, but how would I feel if someone made a video game based on one of the most traumatic experiences of your life?

Counterpoint: there are too many *bad* Warhammer games. I’m pretty stoked for Darktide.

There’s any easy fix - hot tub category. Twitch used to be games-only, and now they have ‘Just Chatting’, ‘Music’, ‘Politics’, etc.

I don’t this burn is as intense as the headline makes it sound.

And as we know, adults never make mistakes.

I’d be more pissed about Twitch taking 35% than about taxes. In my uninformed, caveman opinion, any service, digital or physical, that takes more than 10% is criminal (hyperbolically).

Also, for the time, desmantling robot by shooting at them was neat looking.

Erotic.

Whenever I scroll through my Steam library (and then picking nothing), I always consider reinstalling Binary Domain. It’s was a janky, weird-feeling game but I remember it fondly. Remaster or not, I think I might replay it soon; maybe even actually enable voice-response.

I remember Rohrer as the guy who makes weird, experimental indie games, usually playing around with philosophical or economic questions. I imagine that the initial impulse to make this game came from the same place - “how can I incorporate NFTs into a game, how would that work, and how would affect the players?”. I

I was one of the weirdos that had a Vita but not a 3DS.

The waterboardings will continue until compliance improves?

I was so excited for this game.

I’ll be honest, I’m surprised. I would have figured that the sunken cost, as well as Bioware’s bruised reputation, would necessitate making good on the promise of NEXT.

I was *just* thinking about this game/show/thing. I was looking at the wiki page, but missed the part where it was still active. I wonder how the big the community was, or rather, how cheap maintenance was to justify keeping it operational.
