Just a reminder: Spelunky 2 is on the way.

It’s reminiscent of the “racism” paradox double standard thing: People are infinitely more offended by being called “racist” than by their actual racist tendencies. They outright deny the allegation without stopping to reflect on whether or not there’s a kernel of truth to it.

Pennywise vs. Predator would be something, alright.

He’s literally using mob cliches. “Would be a shame...”

I’m aware; I was referring to the overall discount (10 vs. 7). No need for the hostility.

When Avenatti first started doing interviews, he was blowing people’s minds by giving curt “Yes” or “No” answers, being straight and being honest. I had hoped he would rub off on others and the hosts, but no - instead, they have corrupted him into a verbose blowhard that is stirring drama. We have enough of those.

I missed out on both the unlimited, and the $7 a month deal. 10 bucks for 4 movies is still a good deal, but it does feel worse in contrast.

Along with big-ass security warnings, will there be “big ass” warnings for my various other website subscriptions?

The big scare regarding Google locking people’s Drive/Doc documents was a real eye-opener. I have a Drive, a Dropbox, a OneDrive, and at this point the free storage does not outweigh the concerns about security (or actual ownership). I’m only a few steps away from air gapping my devices, and living inside a Faraday

If you’ve been married for 6 months, and the last 2 have been like this, I’d hazard a guess they both jumped into it too quick, and he’s long since realized this, but is too scared to pull the plug himself. Either he wants her to make the hard choice, or he’s genuinely an asshole that doesn’t understand how his

As someone who followed Smallville for ~7 years, this whole thing is a giant bummer.

Unlike PS+ and GwG, which everyone knows about and is conditioned to check at the beginning of each month, I was only recently made aware of Twitch games. I must have missed some cycles, but I did get SuperHOT and a few others. I have most of these already (thanks, a near-decade of Humble Bundles), but it never hurts

The erratic shuffle slowly transitions into a confident walk. The camera pans up - it’s a Birthday Cake Oreo.

The one thing that could have made this more awesome, is if he jumped... and was caught in midair by a monster truck that cleared all 13 trucks.

I could probably write a whole essay on why this is a bad idea, but let’s cut to the quick:

I think everything can be summed up in a single reductive statement; it all depends on execution. Cage struggles on that front as well, but I’m curious.

The last few years have been good for people who like snow and sand.

Even if it was, I think it would be appropriate to approach the situation rationally and cautiously, saying, “While it is clearly a joke, let’s clarify why it’s not all that funny, why you think it is, and what we can do to prevent the grain of truth within the joke from taking root.”

Dude, that’s a bad thing. You should not have to do so, and being able to do so, which a point of pride, isn’t a healthy way of leading your life.
