I think it’s pretty straightforward that “Live Through This” is a great album and that Courtney Love is somewhere on the Asshole Spectrum between “cuckoo” and “malicious”. One doesn’t negate the other, and I don’t get why people need to go so all-in on celebs.

I totally agree. I like Hole, I still listen to Live Through This and think the songs are amazing, and I think the Courtney killed Kurt people are insane, but Courtney Love has been a toxic person for years and seems like she wants to exploit her daughter for more fame/money.
