I agree this was a weaker Snatch Game but DeLa was so good it almost made up for it. I thought Shangela’s Jennifer Lewis had a lot of canned jokes, but no one else did well so I guess it made sense.

I adore the first two Screams. For me Cox is really the star of the films, the hero that Neve Campbell’s character is too dumb to be. Gale and Dewey were the only characters I actually worried for/cared about, an essential part of a horror movie that most directors forget. 

I kind of hope they go prestige, or at least a CW version of prestige. They should be trying to court the cable audience, as the CW basically operates as a cable station as it is.

The thing that bothers me is you can see the storm clouds forming over DeLa’s head. If they are indeed leading up to a ‘she eliminates herself’ conclusion to her storyline, the groundwork has been laid.

How has Peak TV not resulted in another (actual) Joss Whedon series? I mean good god, how has Netflix not scooped him up yet? They got Shonda, they got Murphy! We haven’t had a true Whedon show on the air since Dollhouse. Unacceptable.

I’m sorry but that all sounds like Shangela nonsense. Not every nice person is secretly a cold monster inside. DeLa sincerely tried to help Bebe find a character that would actually work and be funny. You want to talk about definitions? Helping out one’s competition is the opposite of competitive.

The Secret Agent Bebe Conspiracy 2K18 is looking more plausible with each passing week. Why else would she ignore DeLa’s incredible sensible advice and go with something underwhelming? I was really disappointed that she went so far into her comfort zone.
