It’s on brand. But capitalism and technology will probably avoid that. We’ll inevitably deal with some sort of space war. In the short term that’s probably knocking out satellites which would cause all kinds of chaos. But that’s less a shell and more a cloud of space bullets that can hit you at anytime.

Yea, I probably should have elaborated. I do accounting in corporate environments. They know all of the rules and regulations that surround these planes and what they need to do to get them operating. This is just one they missed filing and prefer blaming outdated laws.

It’s an outdated law that should be changed, but United is completely at fault here.  You didn’t fill out the form.  I imagine the acceptance rate of these are all but guaranteed.

The threat here is that most drivers will cave to a short term incentive. If the drivers stay united... Id argue they have more power in this than most work forces.
