Lol such a pump up speech. The fact that people order 8000 amazon products a year with no shipping might be a miss.

You couldn’t be more correct. But managers realizing this is also a giant incentive for them to get people back.

You are giving them too much credit. Most haven’t thought it out to that degree.

So I agree, it’s primarilly an argument of control. Is it necessary for a workplace to require people to come to the office to assert more control over their work.

Don’t we also just have a straight up Antibiotic problem that was supposed to be extremely bad in... <Checks watch> 2025 or something like that?

This list seems off...or maybe I hate the slide show.

I enjoy the option, but if the game will suffer then skip it, just like they did.

I would train as if it was my super bowl. But yea, an actual bear trying to run is a far different game. I imagine a black bear would top out at least 20 mph and could climb like a mad man.

This sounds like THE BEST staff outing.  If I was the bear, no one is catching me.

Wouldn’t this site normally be the one advocating for this though?

The thin layer of blood that covers the iphone when you unbox it is slightly irritating.

I didnt remember this happening, but I suppose it probably was earned more than most other stuff that happened.  They were dream flirting for a while anyways.

I’m forcing my girlfriend to frame and display a James Webb photo in the Highest Resolution I can find for the house.  She’s upset that I’m removing her “Live, Laugh, Love” #3, but she’ll have to survive.

I’m not disagreeing, but why do we have ~1.25 million people in prison? I don’t know or, I guess, I only know the capitalist reason why we have that many. I have no clue why we haven’t, as a population, lost our minds over that number. And that one’s easilly measured.

I think it will sell pretty well.  Most people will remove it, but it’s a fun novelty.

No surprise, but we once threw a bunch of tea in the ocean for paying too much in taxes. Just a shame how far we (including myself) have have fallen.

I get Nintendo isn’t aiming at the same audience necessarily as PC/Xbox (I think that’s it), but my general feeling is they treat it a lot like Apple. They dominate their space so heavilly, that they will milk out profit from the cheapest thing they can sell and then charge the same as the rest.

We are way to reckless with this, but I also think we will probably tech our way out of a lot of this space trash as well.

I like it. Plus we are inevitably going to be getting deep into climate engineering. Antarctica seems like a perfect place to start.

I was trying to think of a similar example, but war against “Hemp” products and weed comes to mind. From what I remember, Hemp was an excellent replacement for paper products and/or cloth (my memory isn’t perfect here, but you can look it up). But Hemp as a resource was really demonized to the point where it was
