They have been unable to get internet outside of Verizon data useage (limited to 20gbs of activity) or HughesNet or whatever its called. That internet is virtually unuseable.

I think the risk here is, we actually need to take these seriously right now. We are pretty good as humans at solving problems that are a year out, but as that timespand gets longer, we tend to care far less.
