We’d have to get an expert on the government free speech thing. I’m saying, I think maybe they don’t as the government as an entity is controlled (supposed to be) by the people’s vote. So we can inherently limit or extend the governments power of speech at any given time.

I think you are saying a lot of true things here certainly. I grew up in a Busch light town, country to it’s core, and trans rights aren’t exactly the top of the priority list for most people in those areas.
