My wife once got an actual photograph of some guy’s boner slid under the apartment door. She and her roommate figured it was the creepy morning doorman of their building. She kept it because it was so comically large. Years later, I was trying to find a pen and I stumbled across it and she told me the story. This was

Amazing how an article alledging that one of the two major candidates’s supporters are mostly misogynist douches based totally on anecdotes might be interpreted as implicitly supporting the other candidate

No. I’m comparing groups of policies favorably. There are 2 democratic candidates (for all intents and purposes), because I’m contrasting an imaginary campaign against the female candidate’s existing campaign I have to draw parallels to the other candidate...who happens to be male.

Like SammyDavis said, there are people all over this article saying that exact thing: “his supporters have turned me off of voting for him.” Never mind the fact that his campaign is literally the only campaign that has actively encouraged its followers to be civil, and never mind the fact that his supporters have

Never underestimate the libertarian’s capacity for cognitive dissonance, friend.

As I’ve commented to various people, I made a neutral comment on a Planned Parenthood facebook page, not specificially advocating for Bernie, just saying I disagreed with their decision to choose sides in the primary. It was a polite statement. The replies from HRC supporters were NASTY.

Is anyone actually not going to vote for Sanders because of his supporters though? Because I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered anyone who agrees with him but who would actually be swayed to not vote for him because of some misbehaving fanboys.

Not to mention the Clinton’s crime bill and welfare reform were terrible for POC! And her history of race-baiting in 2008. But no, all Bernie supporters are racist white dudes!

Every Bernie supporter who isn’t a complete idiot shares this viewpoint. While I would love for him to win the nomination, it’s still a long shot, and I’ll be holding my nose along with the rest of the reasonable voting population and voting for Hillary if it doesn’t pan out.

That’s how to reach the bros, dude.

Shit man, I am voting for Bernie but I am not a blind supporter and I get shit all over by Bernie Bros. Just because you have a disagreement doesn’t mean you need 10 mean mansplaining to you how you are wrong for having feelings and opinions.

I’m a Bernie supporter and made a polite comment on a Planned Parenthood facebook page, saying I disagreed with their decision to endorse a candidate. Didn’t even mention Bernie Sanders. I got multipe abusive responses within minutes. Bad behavior is not limited to one camp.

I worked professionally in Democratic/Left politics for a decade, as such I have many friends who are politically active on facebook. I am voting for Sanders but have been upset in the past week about a couple things (calling Planned Parenthood the establishment he is battling and some dumb blog about why we need a

Huh, I always pictured BernieBros as more neckbeardy lefty/libertarians than blazer-wearing bros.

Yes! I would prefer Hillary by a slight margin but I love Bernie. He’s respectful and passionate and seems like a great guy overall (who is surrounding himself with likeminded staff).

It’s more than I see in a lot of campaigns, especially on the other side.

Also, if you are incapable of understanding the difference between a candidate and a candidate's supporters, maybe stay home on election day.

I know a lot of people who support Sanders, and I have yet to encounter this archetype.

Bernie Sanders has some annoying sexist fans.
