Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton. It took me forever to figure it out, because I refuse to click on it either!

Totally - I can’t imagine the level of weirdos they attract, especially right now having Kim and her babies there. The paps alone are probably being a nightmare trying to get a picture of Saint before anyone else.

Actually, it clots off pretty quickly once the cord stops pulsating, so while it’s a really common practice, it’s not really physiologically necessary unless it’s being cut. In fact, delayed cord clamping is super beneficial to most babies, although there isn’t an across the board standard for how long to wait.

She didn’t think tying off the cord with headphones was necessary, to which I am in agreement, not the “know nothing” statement. No unkindness meant or implied!

Yeah, if you’re going to have the paramedics come, I don’t see the point in tying off the cord at all. Lotus births are...something else.

I am in awe of you - I would seriously have children if I thought I could do this, you have no idea.

Yeah, you actually really don't. Some people actually lave the placenta attached, in what's called a lotus birth. I'd add links, but I'm on my phone.

Omg, please tell me this is a true story.

Thanks! It’s good to know what to ask for, beyond “OMG, not like a Real Housewife.”

I generally find it funny when I watch it, but I’m basically surrounded by enginerds, so ...

Well, I think a lot of us can find things in our spending habits that are maybe frivolous but make us happy, so I just don’t see the big deal. Let she among us without a Starbucks/Pedicure/Chipotle habit throw the first stone.

I saw these in London a couple of years ago, and I am so in love with the Rose! I can’t afford them, but I would totally buy one if I could. They’re super high quality, so it seems like they would last for a long time. I guess what I’m saying is, haters gonna hate, enjoy them if you can :)

Good for you! If you don’t mind my asking, how frequently do you get injections? I’m in the same boat with my eyes, but everyone I know who gets Botox in the eye area looks like they’re startled, and I don’t want that. I’m sure I know people that do it and look great, but I just don’t realize they get Botox.

House of Yes is so, so bad. But I loved it so, so much once upon a time.

Gotcha. While it sounds like my cousin has more of an underlying pathological issue, I really think that had his parents taken a more proactive approach to setting boundaries and limits he would be in a better position than he is now. Either way, good on you for ensuring that your son is given the best start, and

In our hometown, sure - it’s a pretty small place. In our school town, not so much. I’m surprised the officer kept a straight face.

Thank you for being proactive about your son, I can’t imagine how difficult that must be as a parent. I have a cousin who is like this - he is just wired differently, and has had serious behavioral issues since he was very young, and his parents refused to acknowledge it or do anything about it. Now he’s a grade A

I don’t know about these people, but I’ve heard that a lot from not *that* rich people. Growing up, the local evening news weatherman lived in my neighborhood - nice part of town, but definitely nothing fancy. His daughter and I went to school together, to include college a couple of hours away. One weekend I saw her

I'm so glad he's sharing these stories and giving names and faces to the people who want to come here. I just have to be careful when I flip through Facebook, because I inevitably end up crying like a baby when I read them.

Oh, I agree - I don’t like it, and I certainly am not advocating for it! As I explained elsewhere, I was mostly talking about formal military correspondence, which will always be in the “proper” format. I’m hoping that more female service members and the recognition of same sex marriage will help bring about some
