There’s nothing special about cruise ships; and the source material doesn’t talk about how the drop in cruises is an issue beyond noting that these ships have weather sensors. Freighters probably also have this equipment. Not sure why Erin makes such a comment or conclusion in her post. 

What’s special about cruise ships? Freighter traffic hasn’t declined. Are only cruise ships plugged into this weather network? 

In a large business you try and not get involved with partisan politics, you’ll end up alienating a humungous part of the population without gaining much if anything from the people who agree with the party you seem to be endorsing. Trump is quite a partisan figure. 

A full regulatory load and the blue truck is just as strong and effective as the red one. Better because it is also safer, more efficient, cleaner for the environment, and (likely) cheaper.
