I feel like an outlier. I liked working at work. All the people were there, and when they had a meeting that tangentially involved me, I would see them gather and be able to join them. I’m in the same industry and find that working in a collaborative setting produces better results, especially for younger staff who have mentioned they are better able to learn in group settings.
