My rig definitely more than met the reccomended specs. That didn’t change the fact I encountered many game breaking bugs that I wrote the game off at release. And that wasnt because “rig wasnt up to snuff” its because their programming wasnt.
It’s good that it’s usually a trivial task to get a second (or third, or fourth, or fifth) opinion. I’m sure that is the main reason we don’t see things like this trending on social media more often (regardless of what the supreme court thinks about privacy).
It depends on how you define “greatest”.
I am actually saying that the leak probably impacted HL3.
Alyx was largely about pushing VR forward (and selling Index HW).
Half Life 3?
Saying something is better, even marginally, than any number of other things these people would otherwise be doing is probably a reasonable argument. It’s not as though the cruise hoppers would replace their trips with staycations focused on maintaining their sustainable eco-friendly gardens.
This is just to say that…
Also, I’m seeing that clicking the video to pause it doesn’t work. It stutters for a sec, then keeps playing. Only hitting the spacebar made it pause for good.
He wants to stop doing something he’s uncomfortable with and asking for emotional support...
It’s incredible to me how the definition of “political” (or any number of other words) gets moved around to suit the narrative.
They are reluctant to engage in politics because it isn’t, or shouldn’t, be the place of private entities to engage much in the public affairs of a country. They aren’t elected officials charge…
For me at least, there’s a clear difference between spoilers for something I have no idea about, and spoilers for an IP where I’m familiar with the characters.
No spoiler flags here, as far as I can tell. I think most people just write “spoiler” then put in a bunch of line breaks when it’s obvious that the spoilers still matter (which, I get it, can be subjective).
Most people don’t mod their games, dude.
This idea of “you should have already played the game because it’s been out for a couple years and if you really wanted to play it you could just buy special hardware for it or download an unofficial mod” is just being unreasonable at best and an asshole at worst.
I think this all sums up as “it’s debatable”... which means neither side should be particularly strident about their position. It’s not the best move to spill the beans (even when your so overtly provoked) and it’s probably pretty silly to act outraged too.
A little extra argument on the other side... pricing just…
I’m sure there are other explanations. I just can’t think of any.
When news broke of the Elden Ring mystery wall that took 50 hits to knock down, it tore the internet up. Who would ever find that anomaly naturally? Why would they do something like that? Miyazaki, you devil!
weird denialist arguments
I would guess that in GAMING specifically..
