I mostly appreciate it because it gives us a chance to shut down Ohio State fans who insist everything is a conspiracy against them.

I had a really weird one recently- I was looking for an Ioniq 5 and a Buick dealer had a great deal on a used one. Except the single picture was of a totally different car. (VIN said it really was an I5)
I’m not selling my 2015 Mustang GT any time soon, but if I were to do so, I’d point out that while the car’s interior is perfect, and the car is mechanically perfect and has been dealer-maintained its whole life, and I’d point out the comprehensive repairs I just had done at 100,000 miles, I’d also say that I street-pa…
The wheels on my Mustang are scuffed and curb rashed to no end because I street parked it in Brooklyn for 5 years. Honestly would never occur to me that somebody would care about such a thing.
This shit. Bonus warning for those that do this in a couple pics but at least one clearly shows the plate. If you are this dense, I don’t want to give you money.
“A/C needs a re-charge” = “Add another $1000 to replace the A/C compressor, lines, condenser and everything else related to the system.”
When the pictures of the car are all from a distance, and there is no picture of the interior except through a window, and they want to meet you at a municipal carpark to do the sale, cash only, which has no CCTV. And the email address is a hotmail one.
“no lowballers, I know what I have”
No pictures that show current tags/inspection and the vehicle is parked on grass.
“Do those empty Monster cans and Dollar General receipts come with the car?”
Oh wow that’s actually a fair price in this market.....
This guy would have just sent it:
Honestly it looks like a Subaru Wilderness with X Mode would do that just fine. Have you SEEN some of the trails people take those over? Other than height clearance they are very capable unless you want to do some steep/very rocky climbing.
With modern vehicles this seems like a difficult thing to enforce. Modern AWD systems have come very far and can transfer power in ways 4WD vehicles cant. While a 4WD can split power equally some AWD can force greater than 50% to a specific tire if another is slipping. My 4Runner and my Sequia can do this on top of…
Totally worth the price for something that’s going to appreciate from here due to rarity and condition.
I love my brother’s Volt, and if i had the money, id be happy to pick this up, even though it feels like overpaying. Only other downside for me is i’d rather have that gorgeous electric blue thats on the volt than the red here. I hate leather seats, but i do love that color on the leather in there.
My dad owned a 2016 he bought used. He had a 2nd gen Volt and loved it but the lease was up and they cars value at the time was less then the lease so he decided to let that go and picked up one of these.
I just bought a 18 Chevy Bolt for about the same exact price. It’s basically the upgrade to this car with more modern tech. I wouldn’t worry about the battery too much. It could easily go years without a failure. Drivetrain is solid and i think it looks good. Buy this for a loved one in a multi car household and have…
Maybe divisive looking to some, but these are total head-turners in person. I personally really dig them. Almost $17k is on the high side for this, especially with battery life considerations, but maybe you can get the seller to knock off one or two more thou and ink the deal. NP for me, I’d bite if I was in the…
For a couple grand less I might bite if I were in the market. That’s good fuel economy.
