I’m in a similar position and I love living alone. I don’t have to deal with any complaints about the thermostat/dinner/noise etc. Most importantly, there is no one in the house to blame but myself. Makes me keep a tidy home.

I use my Waterpik to dislodge food stuck in my molars that can’t be reached with floss. Floss works great removing food and plaque from between teeth, though. I’ve gotten in the habit of flossing twice a day and my dentist is very happy with my teeth.

My kid is 18 and in college and he has been nagging me for a car. I’m poor so our budget is $5,000. It’s heartbreaking to see what $5,000 buys us. Can’t find many reliable vehicles newer than 15 years old for that price.
