The first person is giving me pause, as well. I have a tendency to get very nauseous while playing first person games. I never got more than half an hour or so into Deus Ex: HR because I got so nauseous and I never found a setting that worked to reduce the nausea. The Witcher 3 is one of my all time favorite games, so

And that is why I have changed my locks after everytime I’ve had to give out a key to contractors.

Yep. My father used to pull this shit and my answer has always been that no, I don’t have to make a place for him in my life. I feel bad that she has to put up with this crap in a very public forum.

Yeah when I was practicing in a corporate sphere, people constantly assumed I was a paralegal or secretary rather than the attorney sent to deal with them.

Yeah I recently moved into an apartment with with gas heat and a gas stove and I've been nervous about it since l. This isn't helping.

I think people are nervous because we haven’t heard much other than hearing the team on DA4 has been raided to work on Anthem, presumably to return to DA4 once Anthem is out.....hopefully. Assuming Bioware survives Anthem long enough to release DA4, anyway.

It was quite popular for a brief period in the late aughts to demand a prospective employee give an employer their facebook login info or otherwise let them look at your facebook page. When I graduated law school in that time period, many of us changed our names to first name/middle name or nicknames to avoid

The horror stories certainly outweigh the success stories from the anecdotes I’ve heard, but I was just at a wedding last weekend where the couple first met through Tinder, so go figure.

Yeah, I hear you. I have close friends that when they find out I’m estranged with my father get very uncomfortable and sort of needle about “well maybe you should just talk to him. He is your father.” Nope, I did what I had to do for my own mental health, and despite his protestations to the contrary, he knows damn

Yeah, I knew someone about 10 years ago that divorced her husband with a terminal disease so that they could get Medicaid for him. She’d hit the cap on her insurance, and they were drowning in debt. Healthcare here is really fucked.

Yeah but you mixed up two Mustangs; she mistook a crossover of a different make for her sedan! And one that suddenly had a lot of crap in it.

Yeah, every state should have some kind of low-income and medical emergency programs, though some states cap the number of times/duration of the medical emergency exemption within a year. A few states even require utilities to offer arrearage forgiveness programs. Anyone struggling to pay their bills can go right to

As a (soon to be former) lawyer for a utility company, this is the headline that keeps me awake at night.

I wish these comments about telling certain commenters to stop commenting would stop.

I mean...do we have a lot of mass murders by banana?

It has the look of a grow-out cut. She’s had some pretty wild (and awesome) pixie variations recently—this might just be an inbetween cut. I’ve definitely been there.

Well, the Switch is arguably both console and handheld.

Well, the policy sold at least one XBox. I prefer the PS4 but my buddy has an Xbone. If I want to play with him, I had to buy an Xbox, too. Now I rarely buy multi-platform games on PS4 because what would be the point. If I could just play with friends from my PS4 I would just buy everything there and on my switch.

I get the same thing. I’ve had some luck with dramamine of all things, but still couldn’t even touch the dizziness and nausea I was getting from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I still want this game but right now its moved from first day buy to see how other people have handled the nausea/vertigo issue.

I’m still looking forward to it, but I am also a bit disappointed. First-person perspective in games has a tendency to make me nauseous. I never got more than a hour through Deus Ex: Human Revolution because I got so ill playing it.
