Looks way better in Orange than any of the not-a-colours.

Yeah, a few grand didn’t make much difference when I got my 15-year adjustable-rate loan for my F-250 King Ranch.

Honestly, 90% of consumers won't/don't care.  What's an extra $1000 at 96 months of financing

Mazda is pretty cool, and Honda and Toyota are lame. WHY?? Well, because Mazdas typically match their reliability, look cooler, and have better handling. Plus, they are a small automaker competing against two behemoths who pump out bland cars for the masses.

Imagine my surprise/glee/amazement when I glanced to my right driving through a Metro Detroit suburb and saw The Tracy Compound, complete with half-circle drive filled with Jeeps in varying states of something or other. It was the highlight of my month.

Saturn of course!!

Totally unrelated, but I named my fantasy football team after your Kinja handle and I got 2nd place.

This is the problem with wagons in the US, you’re generally giving something up because car makers aren’t putting in a lot of effort. Most are either too expensive or have too little power; and almost all of them have cramped back seats.

For one, people would waste hours in the parking lot just trying to figure out which Miata is theirs.

My wife’s CRV made it to 340k with regular maintenance. My friends Forester was dying by 140k. You are 100% correct. Also the non-turbo foresters are a whole new level of gutless.

Ah, yes, jalops. Manuals, connected steering feel, brown diesel wagons, passion. Damn 1%ers. 99% just want something for, you know, transporting their dead ass, their kids to school/activities and not visiting the dealer 10 times a year. BUT, BUT, BUT! Where the grease and oil on your clothes, under your fingernails,

At least the Transport looked like a futuristic Dustbuster but this thing looks like the car version of a cat that is too fat to walk.

When the CLA came out, they were EVERYWHERE. I honestly don’t ever remember any other car in my life that went from “never seen one before” to “half the cars on the road are this exact car” so quickly. There was definitely a huge untapped market for “what’s the cheapest lease I can get for a car with a Mercedes logo

Doesn’t want: Something with a lot of maintenance.

Toyota Prius opperated by a 2nd or 3rd tier cab company. They are the worst offenders of driving with no headlights.

As a car driver, I would like to tell you and all other pickup/SUV drivers to go fuck yourselves. I do not know how it is legal for you assholes to drive on roads with lights that bright. Yet another way your pointlessly huge vehicles make driving on a road with a sensible vehicle miserable and dangerous.

at the on at dusk thing: I do not know how that is not law yet. Backup cameras are law here. But a car can still drive without lights on at night because the Honda or Toyota (it is ALWAYS one of the two) driver either has no lights on at all...or full brights.
