Oh of course, but knowing that doesn’t make me any less fond of those days. Step aside from the world in general here, because I didn’t intend to be political.

Could be a flipper, could be a collector, could be a guy unsatisfied with the $50,000 minimum price of buying a new AWD minivan.
Any Chevy. GM’s interiors in general are a joke, but Chevy in particular makes you feel like you’re sitting in a product designed for a developing market. I don’t want to pay US car prices for an Indonesian driving experience.
People in Canada, especially Quebec, actually buy lots of bottom feeder trim cars.
One plus for Mazda over the Germans is reliability. Apart from the MZR Mazda engines are very reliable and the body electronics are Lexus grade. I have no desire for a big CUV but if it keeps the MX-5 in production it’s all good. I’d like to see this platform as a Mazda6 wagon or bring back the Mazda5. I have a CX-5…
Good rec. A friend recently got a 3 GT (more expensive of course), but I was blown away how premium that car felt and by the ride. She did very well on her choice.
The legend lives on...
Too bad Gordon Lightfoot is no longer around to give us a glorious song about this incident.
I currently own one and I personally love the car it has everything I was looking for in a new car, compact, AWD, great engine and transmission combination, near 50/50 weight distribution and more tech that I would never imagine I would have in a car. With that being said there are some things Cadillac could have…
Ehhh, quality and security concerns notwithstanding, the Zeeker 001 is a fast-ass wagon and a looker too boot.
I was gonna say. There ought to be a law against these hatchback looking cars, that only come with a tiny trunk opening.
I guess they got so burned by the reaction they got to the Crosstour, they gave up on hatches. Shame, that - a sleek-ish, liftback-ish wagon-ish vehicle in that size, with that sort of economy, at 5k or so less than a Passport should be retro enough now to actually have a chance. Maybe when then go fully EV and the…
I still think this should be a huge lift-back like the Stinger.
Your truck is for muddy boots; it is for beer runs and cigarettes; it is for hauling mulch; it is for going slow; it is for towing your shitty trailer, with the finicky tail lights; it is for going to pick up parts; it is for windows-down, no air-conditioning; it is for throwing your crap in the back and getting…
How about colors in general?! There are so many makes and models where you can’t even GET color anymore. It’s just swatches of greys, blacks, and whites on a lot of car customizers, MAYBE an army green or a dark maroon if you are lucky, but come on! Give me reds and blues and greens and oranges of many shades! And…
Same fatal flaw as the current model, the wildly impractical marriage of a fastback rear window paired with a conventional trunk opening. Could have been a game-changer with a liftback and the option of a few colors that didn’t look the focus group was a retirement village.
No more fun Accord in this generation.
Just like the ultra-bland 8th generation. The only saving grace on the 8th-gen that it had a Coupe V6 6MT model.
This 11th generation has none of that plus more!
- No 2.0T
- No 6MT
I hate this timeline...
I’m still so fucking mad at Buick Canada for never offering the TourX here. I would’ve gone for that but instead settled for an Outback.
