In Canada, they’re beloved because they’re cheap, AWD, and most importantly not a minivan. Every time I see one while driving I scream out, “Just buy a damned van already and stop hating yourself!”

Why buy used?

It’s more watchable than Temple of Doom, which has sections I actively hate, but also more forgettable. Both are vastly inferior to Raiders and Last Crusade.

It might be due to being different markets/countries, but up here in Canada (certain parts) we have been paying north of the hypothetical $4 gallon ( after converting everything) for a while, and it has done nothing to quell the surge of Suv’s on the road..
