I was thinking about a game I played where you visit an asylum and find out that the inmates are indoctrinated to make the facility itself their heart's desire. Not only do they not want to escape, they will fight potential rescuers tooth and nail to prevent being taken away. The Zoo reminded me a lot of that.

I look forward to the sequel episode, "Y-6's Run".

"We wanna be free! We wanna be free to do what we wanna do! And we wanna get loaded! And we wanna have a good time! WE ARE THE HUMAN RACE! AND WE DON'T LIKE BEING TOLD WHAT TO DO!"

Now with realistic trapped-in-a-mirror-for-millenia-in-an-existential-nightmare battle damage!

I can't lie, that's part of the reason I don't like their return episodes.

Counterpoint: if I ever say that about Kevin, you'll know I've been replaced by a bodysnatcher and should be dealt with accordingly.

This is probably the most fun I've had with Sapphire in an episode. She was great in "Hit the Diamond", but Ruby unquestionably stole the show there, with the help of the Ruby Squad. Here she had the funniest lines (and a good deal more lines than usual), and got to show a much greater range of emotion than her

BE QUIET! THIS IS A LIBRARY! *Blasts airhorn*

Blood Diamond is the Ruby/seagull fusion they have to fight at the climax.

Connie, Peridot, and Lapis face off against the insidious Red Diamond, whom invades Earth in the CG's absence. Spoiler alert: Red Diamond is a Ruby who's bullied some seagulls into helping her attack Beach City.

I for one never took Steven's dream as him dreamwalking into Blue Diamond's mind. Instead, I thought he was dreamwalking into a shard of Pink Diamond left in the place where she was shattered. The angle of view was practically ground level; Blue Diamond's POV would be considerably higher. Dreamwalking victims seem

Fair warning: it seems like every SU-related site I visit decided to go all in on spoilers this time around, so "spoiler-proof" was more along the lines of "spoiler-resistant".

Conglaturations! A winner is you!

Alright Greg, how big is she this time?

I have a spoiler-proof bunker prepared for just such an occasion, such an occasion being roughly a month before the air date of every Steven Bomb.

From her debut episode we saw that she refuses to go along with the cycle of death and rebirth that defines the elementals' existence. Here we see her researching the other elementals, learning about them and, in PB's case, prodding them to fully unlock their powers. She seems like she's trying to join forces with

She's still on tenuous ground with her citizens after the whole ousting incident. They both love and fear her, and after that display of destructive power they're probably leaning more towards fear.

It's been a while since Princess Bubblegum has had to fight a villain all alone, and from the looks of it, Prudence St. Pim is going to be a threat the princesses are going to have to take on themselves. That already adds an interesting twist to the arc.

My thoughts exactly. When James Baxter was doing his thing, the smoothness and bounciness of the animation made him seem even more exuberant.

The segments that were animated by James Baxter are so joyous to look at. Especially the dancing at the end.
