Thanks! I’ll check that site now!

This article posted with perfect timing! I have an older Mac that won’t upgrade beyond El Capitan, and the “fixes” that I found for Wifi issues did nada. This turned out to be an easily-applied solution that cost very little (especially since the next cheapest “OEM” option was $158! Thanks!

Thanks for being approachable. I’ve read and left comments on other techie, cinema, lifehackery (is that a term?) and A/V sites that left me thinking that I’d rather read the articles without talking with the creators and editors. You’ve never come across as a know-it-all, and I’ve learned things big and small from

Indeed, good fellow. Indeed.

This is uniquely a Los Angeles pet peeve. Even people with the last name "Sepulveda" correct you when you pronounce the street name properly!

That's tragic, actually, because the service is very functional.

NSFW: The site shows a grid of stills highlighting recent and trending downloaded videos below the main URL box, and some of the stills contain graphic nudity.

A speeding ticket in southern California averages between $400-$500 US. So many odd fees and extra "citations" are added to the actual ticket that it's rare to see one for less. This place is the home of the great road con.

Thanks for posting the link.

I currently have four (4) remaining invite codes. I placed my info on the Google Drive spreadsheet. I'm loving the generosity among Lifehackers!

"Marker cars" as a perception shifter is a smart idea. I'm going to try it. God knows that anything that keeps me away from road rage is a blessing.

This is a great idea for the articles in my email from Men's Fitness and NY Times. Nothing wastes times better than 10-20 pages of refreshes just to read one article completely.

The tagging tip is genius! I should have thought of it weeks ago...

Thanks for the tip. I have a pair of Beats Studio that have a double-layered crack (no idea when it happened) on the plastic logo bar that covers the head support, and an old pair of Bose earbuds that have an odd short that makes them unusable. I'll give Customer Service a call at both businesses.

From a man who religiously checks this site for useful information, great hacks and the occasional elevating opinion piece, you guys do an incredible job of following your "MO."

Great! Thanks for posting this deal.

I love the look of this new version of iOS, but for all the wrong reasons: it looks to me like the flat-faced baby of Jelly Bean and Windows 8 on a smartphone's screen.

By the way, thanks for replying. I like the interaction in Lifehacker community.
