    @skaven: Killer BBQ doesn't drive clicks.

    @makeitgo: The thing is, this has nothing to do with marketing. This was a private affair, held at Microsoft's private property. They've made their public announcements, and held their public keynotes, and exposed every aspect of the OS.

    @makeitgo: The smartphone market is yet in its infancy (170 million smartphones shipped vs. 1 billion dumbphones) and no winners can be announced yet.

    @irishfighter: This was a private celebration. This happened days ago and only got out because someone put the pictures on Flickr.

    @jagowar: Yeah, Engadget's article was such ridiculous click-bait. It made it seem like it was actually some kind of marketing strategy or stunt.

    Nerds will be nerds.

    @morphoyle: Who cares about beauty, as long as stuff works?

    @Totalfixation: I guess it can be hidden with a case... but I hate cases. I keep my 3GS butt-naked, just as God (or was it Steve? Hmm...) intended.

    Oooohh.. Finally some sexy hardware to go with the OS. With the exception of the Dell Lightning, all the other hardware leaks have been fugly.

    @Justin: Nobody's saying you shouldn't have an opinion. I'm saying your opinion is predictable.

    @Justin: Cool story, bro.

    @Ron-Mexic0: I love asian women. What's not to like?

    @neoelemental: Completely agree. It's definitely a good read, though by no means a scientific approach.

    @Archaotic: If you're assuming core gamers don't enjoy flailing around, or playing a brainless game from time to time, you're wrong.

    @Murderdolls: Nah, it needs to be free with 5 bundled games. So what if it actually costs them $150 to make them? Fuck you M$ for trying to recoup your R&D costs!

    @thenewperson: Aside from its (still unmatched) superb multitasking user experience, webOS brought forth a few features that did not exist in smartphones at the time, and both Apple and Google had to include these in their platforms in order to compete.

    webOS leapfrogged iOS (at the time), and now webOS 2.0 will do the same.
