I do. I’m hearing impaired, so the noise – artificial or not – doesn’t matter to me. It’s just nice seeing Lucas DiGrassi and Sebastien Buemi winning races for once (neither won a single race during the F1 tenure, and DiGrassi was driving for the Marussia F1 team back in his time).

I’m going to the race in Brooklyn, because hell, when was the last time there was an auto race in NYC? I’m not sure what to expect, but I’ve read they make them artifically loud for the full experience. I’m kind of excited.

Looking at how the market plays out with the drivers, this is a tough call. I’d call it even odds that it would possibly be Bottas given the odd tie in that Mercedes has with Williams. He has potential but he’s hard to judge because Williams just really hasn’t had a car worth putting up a fight.
