If you say “Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov” three times in the mirror...you’ve got a lot more nimble tongue than I do.

As a northeastener who spent a number of years in MD and DC, it seemed like every year there would be a mild snowstorm and everyone would freak out about it. Then I imagined when the next year’s budget was brought up, everyone laughed at the idea of snow equipment because, ya know, we’re below the Mason-Dixon line so

My ancestors didn’t fight and die in the great American Bandstand War just for you to come along and try erase Dick Clark’s name from the history books.

The apathy shown in Tuesday’s elections is exactly what gets them in office. We can’t let them win any of those, please vote in every election.

Yeah, he was actually a realistic character in the beginning rather than a stereotypical 1950s “cool” character out of “Grease”. Also, the show wasn’t really about him at first; it was about the Cunningham family, and he was just a side character.

As a huge Tolkien fan, can I just say: please, no. I don’t need see Gandalf beating the snot out of Bugs Bunny or Batman.
