I’ve been to shows here and with everyone parked next to each other, that’s a hard shot to get without having the other car in the way.

There’s a big European car show that’s usually held at the Peterson every April, but they decided to take a year off, so it’s nice to see something happening there in 2024. I’m a Volvo guy and my buddy’s white Polestar V60 won Best in Show for this event.

Since 2007 I’ve had two S40s, a 2008 and currently a 2011 R-design. Haven’t had any major problems with either of them, so methinks your acquaintances either didn’t take take proper care of them (they are European after all) or have bad luck.
