The only way this car would be worth anything CLOSE to $21K, is if it were (a) legal to own in the U.S. and (b) in excellent to showroom condition. And even with those two requirements met, and the fact that this an extremely rare car with an interesting backstory? I think anything over $15K would be pushing it. ND
