I really miss Kobayashi in F1.

Class-action settlements are a joke in general. Lawyers usually end up with 1/3 to 1/2 the total payout, while those affected get a few dollars or a voucher to buy more crap from the same company that’s settling. I know this because I’ve been a member of 6 class-action lawsuits in recent years.
